1 General Terms

dc99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "the platform") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dc99 website and all related services.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be used.

• The total of the bonus and deposit will be eligible for withdrawal only after 25x wagering is completed.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• If bonus abuse is suspected, dc99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Gaming Rules

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.

• Using software, bots or automated tools to play games.
• Exploiting bonuses in violation of the bonus terms and conditions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Misconduct or harassment of other members.

8 Account Suspension and Closure
